Mr. Sumner has an extremely rare skill and knowledge. He is able to accurately diagnose electronic defects and can do so quickly and efficiently. He has mastered the correct use and application of voltage meters (and many other electronic diagnostic tools) and can competently evaluate the functioning status of diods, resistors, capacitors, transformers and many other electronic components that allow electronic appliances to perform correctly. He possesses the training, knowledge and experience to evaluate defective electric and electronic equipment and appliances so that the appropriate repairs can be accomplished by him on an efficient, prompt and economical basis.
