Victor came out and completely removed/replaced my lower step that was falling apart. He responded to every one of my questions and kept his word in everything he said. The step looks great! They even cleaned up after themselves, which was great. Victor is well spoken and explains everything in detail. Victor, thank you for replacing my step and ridding of my safety hazard. If I need any other work done, I will definitely be reaching out to you.
