We had an excellent time cooking with Chris Paul. It is clear he is exceedingly knowledgeable about food and how best to prepare it. He can easily craft lessons for any skill level from novice (us) to expert (him). We had a great time learning cooking and baking basics with him over four classes. If you are interested in learning more about cooking, I highly recommend taking a class (or four).

I had an event at Herban right before Thanksgiving. It was great from the food to the staff. Great place to have an event and the food is not only great but also healthy!

Herban Quality Eats is one of my favorite restaraunts! The food is fresh, healthy and tastes amazing. I recommend the any of Breakfast sandwiches, Jerk Chicken Sandwich, Grilled Chicken entree with red rice, brussel sprouts, and signature Herban hot sauce. When in the University City area, check them out for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also deliver.

Extremely friendly professional and helpful staff. The owners Kalefe, Amir and Chris are always on site so if you have questions or specific needs they are on it. I dine there for lunch and have used their catering. In both cases they are spot on! Our guests loved the food and raved about the veggie jawns. When you combine taste, presentation, service and price they are absolutely 10 stars. Much success to you. Marla
