Matthew, straight off the bat, was very patient and prompt in our correspondence through Thumbtack. I had so many questions and concerns that Matthew fully addressed even before the repair. Matthew was able to work around my busy student schedule, making an evening in-home visit, and even arrived early! I had taken my MacBook Pro to two Apple Stores and another Apple certified computer repair store and neither could fully diagnose the issue, or wanted to charge me much more for a flat-rate fix without giving me a straight diagnosis. I first requested a visit from Matthew simply to diagnose the problem that my MacBook was having, he ended up making a diagnosis and fixed the issue all in one visit! I was so impressed! Furthermore, the cost of service and parts was more than reasonable, and ended up costing me much less than the quotes I received from Apple. Matthew reassured me that if the problem still persisted that he would make every effort to see that the issue was fully resolved. I am 120% satisfied with the service that I received from South Philly PC Repair. Thank you so much for your outstanding work!

Matt was terrific. My computer had picked up malware and spyware, causing it to run at a snail's pace. He did diagnostics on the hardware just to ensure that it was running properly and then reinstalled the software. All the time he explained the problems and the options.
