Mr. Drain Rooter responded to our request within minutes, stated he could do the job at a reasonable price, and was in our S.Philly kitchen replacing an appliance in less that 2 hours. Their work was professional and high quality. The price was worth every penny. These guys are good at what they do and very easy to work with. Will use for all future plumbing needs. I contacted them on Christmas morning, fully expecting it to be a long process of finding the right plumber that goes into the new year - he called me immediately however, and said that he could be by in less than an hour. He was punctual, professional and very effective! I had two plumbing issues (show draining shower upstairs and a toilet that didn't flush downstairs) that has been plaguing us for MONTHS and he fixed them in less than two hours.
