Showed up as promised yesterday morning and proceeded to pull out every outlet & tested, open junction boxes. As he said (old school electrician diagnosis) it worked found the problem fixed it. I’m going to call him back again for other projects I have. I would definitely recommend James. Thanks again James.

James helped rewiring a faulty switch in our living room as well as add an outlet to our bar area and an outlet outside. His communication was excellent and showed up exactly when he said he would. He made the necessary repairs and installation quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be calling James in the future if the need arises.
James is the consummate professional his electrical knowledge is on point he advise my wife and I of what he would should but ultimately left the decision to us he was prompt courteous and very respectful. I utilized him not just for my initial project but for my additional projects within days. In addition i over paid him and he called me immediately to inform me which we all know that doesn’t happen, he just left my residence completing the last project my wife wanted completed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always driving towards an affordable and reasonable outcome. I will discount jobs that are relatively closer to Philadelphia area. Multiple discount opportunities.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will provide an estimate with my new customers and typically request a 1/3 of the price upfront. I do request a $50 estimate fee only due to the fact that I will travel to my customers, some distances are further than others. I will thoroughly explain the electrical issues and processes of the job at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive obtained about 5 years of electrical experience by well known electrical construction companies in the Southampton and Warminster area.
