- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is always driving towards an affordable and reasonable outcome. I will discount jobs that are relatively closer to Philadelphia area. Multiple discount opportunities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will provide an estimate with my new customers and typically request a 1/3 of the price upfront. I do request a $50 estimate fee only due to the fact that I will travel to my customers, some distances are further than others. I will thoroughly explain the electrical issues and processes of the job at hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive obtained about 5 years of electrical experience by well known electrical construction companies in the Southampton and Warminster area.
