Hi Maureen thanks for leaving a review, However I do want to clarify a few details, as the timeline stated in this review is Not accurate. Your event began at 1:00 PM, and I arrived at 12:04 PM, not an hour and fifteen minutes late. We unloaded, completed the setup, and had everything finished shortly after 1:00 PM. The additional few minutes were simply spent taking photos of the finished setup. The 11:00 AM time discussed was based on your availability to access the venue, not the event start time. I planned my arrival around the 1:00 PM event start and arrived with plenty of time to complete the setup. I also want to clarify the breakdown. You informed me through Thumbtack that the event would end at 5:00 PM, so I arrived at exactly 5:00 PM to break down and retrieve my materials. I was not notified that the event had ended early, you didn’t call, message me or anything. When I arrived, I had difficulty getting into the building and discovered that the centerpieces were gone, the balloons had been popped, the florals from my balloon installation were gone and all my floral overall were gone as well. I immediately called and messaged you several times to locate my materials and understand what happened, but when I asked you about my materials , and timing you hung up on me and never answered any of my other phone calls , or messages & forwarded my to voicemail. I ultimately had to leave with only my backdrop. I always welcome constructive feedback and take my business seriously, but I also believe potential clients deserve an accurate representation of what occurred. I’m disappointed that this was the outcome, especially after receiving so many compliments from you and your guests about the decor and attention to detail. All in all I wish you all the best! :)
