- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to assess how long a project will take (not just the shoot, but retouching as well) and provide a fair price for the quality of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal, first and foremost, is to deliver to the client the service they are expecting. As such, I always seek to find out as much as possible about the types of images they want to receive for the finished product and discuss what it would take to make them a reality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken many courses and seminars taught by professional photographers. I serve as the second shooter for a high-end event photographer in the area. I am also a member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA).
