- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I have a full wedding package price list, that I send clients who inquire. I also have an hourly rate for events, depending on the scale of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, after I quote my clients, they reply with any questions. We work out the details via phone or email (whichever makes my clients more comfortable). For weddings, I will always schedule a meeting my couples, to make sure we vibe well and make a solid plan for our day together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Temple University with a degree in photojournalism, and have worked full-time as a staff photographer for several Philadelphia weekly newspapers for five years. I've shot with several Philadelphia-based studios, and expanded to weddings a few years ago. Since going full-time with my wedding, event, and commercial photography business, I've remained active in the Philadelphia photography scene by staying connected and teaming up on projects with other studios.
