I’ve been dealing with bedbugs for quite some time. I thought I will be able to do it myself. Of course as you know this was not a case:) I’ve had enough and finally decided to hire a professional. Yes, I was very skeptical, but Javan assured me that it will work. He worked meticulously to cover every square inch of my house. The treatment was done about a month ago and so far I haven’t noticed any bugs. Hope to never deal with them again, brrrr. I will definitely recommend Javan. Besides his great work performance he is very pleasant to deal with. Way to go!!!

He did a thorough inspection, found additional infestations that I had missed and treated them all. Only issue was that he arrived a half-hour late despite having given himself a two-hour window. Nonetheless, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Such a great experience! Javan was wonderful to work with. We had some kind of critter in our wall and weren't sure what we were dealing with. Javan responded to our inquiry promptly and came out next day to fix the issue, taking multiple steps to cover a variety of possible critters - squirrel, mice, or rats. He even followed up to make sure the issue was resolved and came out again to make sure all was good. We really appreciated his professionalism and promptness, along with being kind and courteous every step of the way.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give you a reasonable price and also price match.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm very transparent about what's going on at every job. I take pictures of the attics and entry points of the pest. I'm not like most companies that want to run the price up and take advantage. Pest Medics has your best interest at heart.

National Wildlife Association. Licensed and Insured
