I enjoying not only helping my client's get in shape but more importantly fixing their pain issues. Introducing good posture and proper breathing, meditation ,yoga and some of the other essential elements thats overlooked by the fitness industry. There's gratification in getting someone to their goals, but more importantly teaching them lessons that last a lifetime.

Hasan is, hands down, the THE best trainer. Period. I've worked with Hasan for over 2 years and he honestly changed my life. I've always been overweight, even as a child, but about 5 years ago I was weighing in at almost 190 lbs and I knew that I had to do something about it. I begin working out by myself, but I hated it. It was a task for me to motivate myself and do any rigorous activity. For 2 years I tried to loose weight on my own, but nothing was working. I was downloading workout plans and following them to the tee, doing diets and body cleanses, watching videos, and even doing monthly challenges. Nothing was working. Sure I initially lost the few pounds of water weight, but for some reason, I couldn't loose anymore. That's when I reached out to Hasan. Changed my life. During our initial consultation, I explained what my goals were to Hasan. I wanted to loose fat (decrease my % body fat) and build muscle. At the time I was desperate and didn't care where on my body we focused, I just wanted the fat gone. Hasan really focused on my goals and the sessions plans were always geared to meet them. After four months of meeting him once a week, I was significantly stronger and dropped serious body fat. I made some serious progress especially after working out and dieting for 2 years and not seeing the results I wanted. But just within that time frame, Hasan has done much more for me. Within a few months I was able to exceed even my own expectations. Working out no longer became a burden, I actually started to enjoy it. Not because I was loosing weight, but because Hasan made my workouts fun. He kept the workouts exciting and made each one of them challenging and different. He showed me which exercises I would benefit from the most and how to properly and efficiently do them. He had me working muscles I didn't even know I had! He's also not limited to the gym either. When working outside, I was surprised at all the different moves that could be done with just a tree stump and a rock. Hasan kept me motivated through the toughest workouts and he never let me quit, no matter how bad I wanted to. I began to actually look forward to working out with him. I'm a graduate student and have absolutely no time to spend hours at the gym. Hasan was very, I mean VERY flexible and able to work around my schedule with me. Because of my busy schedule we sometimes head outside and meet at the park to do a full body workout. If I was with someone and that was the only time I could squeeze in, Hasan would still accommodate me and switch our one-on-one session to a mini-group or full group training session. No matter what, each person still got the personal attention and sweaty result that is needed when working with a personal trainer. I've brought friends, siblings, and even had my grandmother do a session with him. Since I first started my fitness journey with Hasan, my schedule became even more busier and he switched our training schedule to primarily online. Every day I'm getting the motivation to do the workout and to keep me, and my diet, focused. Bottom line, Hasan is the best choice when choosing to become fit and getting your life back on the healthy track. He is the only trainer I would EVER recommend to ANYONE, even someone who I don't like, because that's how good he is.

I brought my family to train and get fit. We are 37 years old parents and the boys are 16 and 14. We are all training for different reasons. Hasan has been excellent with all of us. The movement corrections have vastly improved are range of motion for someone who sits at a desk all day and for my 14 year old who is an AAU Basketball player. Hasan quickly identifies where are weaknesses are and tailored a program for each of us. He motivates without being a drill Sargent, corrects your mistakes by explaining not belittling, and keeps the session professional yet fun. My 14 year can easily get frustrated when being challenged but responses well to Hasan. Everytime we go there were have new routine, making it fresh everytime. Wish I had the time to train more timeso a week. Awesome experience!

I have used Mr. Hasan Walker as a personal trainer since August, 2015. I have lost 4 inches and 5 pounds. I never liked exercising, but Mr. Walker makes it so much fun and I have learned so much. I feel so good because it not just about exercise, but nutrition also. My goal is to lose 35Lbs, and I'm on my way to reaching it.

I can smack myself for taking so long to be trained by Hasan. I lost 5lbs my first week, by following the meal plan he gave me and his workout routine. The best part is how he treated me. He gave me the confidence that I needed to feel great about working out. That's very important to me being a plus seize woman. Five thumbs up.
