Gave very good service, polite and courteous. He was very
professional. He is from my area, which is good. He disconnectded my old washer, (old washer hoses were rusted and hard to loosen from exhisting Hot & cold water pipes put together my intake water system to new washer and set it up and tested it to see it was working He called me at 3Pm and arrived at 4Pm This was the arrangement we made by phone and he did exactly that.........Very pleased with him

Was supposed to come tile my basement Friday but I got a text at 9 am that day saying he lent his tile saw to someone. It was extra annoying because we spent so much time on Thanksgiving cleaning everything out of the space. He said he would call my husband later to reschedule but never did. He also wanted to pick up the deposit before the work was started, glad we didn't do that. Going with someone else for the job.

Sorry yes I did ask for a deposit because I have issue before doing job with out deposit n they never pay me so I have to secure my interest to make sure the if this will happen again I won't lose to much.So I do apologize not calling you back that the way I feel when I got denied for the deposit.
