Several years back my central air system broke down, so I called a large hvac company they quoted me $15k, called a local company they quoted $10k,
Called my stepdaughters cousin who was a hvac guy, he quoted $5k, Finally I was referred by a good friend to a small hvac guy.
Well he was a true master of his trade he did what NONE of the others did. He properly diagnosed it.
It cost me $65.00
in parts to get my AC working!!
He became my mentor and I went back to school at night and got my heating and cooling certification.
This combined with my property maintenance experience working on everything imaginable in a home makes me uniquely qualified to help others with their home fixing issues.
I've never looked back since!

The quality of Tony's work was very satisfactory. He installed a new kitchen sink and a screen door for us. He was very easy to work with and was very professional and amiable. He was very responsive to all my questions and concerns that I sent to him on Thumbtack. Tony's rate was reasonable and definitely worth it. I would highly recommend hiring Tony for any of the services he offers.

The type of guy that tries to fix it before saying you need something much more expensive. Fixed my problem, explained it to me, showed me the issue and was very genuine and honest.

Tony was very prompt in responding to my issue. This was for a rental unit and he very thoroughly explained the options and alternatives over the phone so that I did not have to make a special trip to the property to meet him and was able to handle everything over the phone.
