- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If it’s a service call $125 to start and that goes towards the bill. If it’s a quote I like to come take a look then give a quote in writing in 24 hours or less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a good idea of what needs to be done before I get there to insure I have everything I need to complete the job with me. So I like to see as many pictures as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college for building maintenance and HVACR. I also have many certifications as well.
