I was notified that their technician was available earlier than expected and asked if I was okay with him coming earlier. He gave me the quote and covered to warranty. After agreeing with the price, He got to work, advising it would take approximately 1 hour to replace the spring and complete repairs. 40 minutes later, he was finished! I appreciate the professionalism with which my request was initially taken, scheduled and ultimately repaired. He was professional, quick and thorough in his work. Thank you!
