Soooo if you’re deciding between Ben and some other company, do yourself a favor and book with Ben. He managed expectations, waited about 2 weeks until after the correct parts were resent, and fixed the garage quickly while educating me on the issues. He even added a temporary lock on my garage until it was fixed. Book with Ben!!!

There was damage to my single car garage door, that needed repair. Ben, from High Quality Garage Doors, came by to assess the damage. During his assessment he provided options for repair or complete garage door replacement.I decided with replacement of the garage door. Ben provided a fair quote that included brand new garage door, tracks, and installation of a new Chamberlain garage opener.I purchased the Chamberlain garage opener myself, but Ben completed the install of the unit and the key pads. The actual installation was completed in about 3-4hrs. Ben took the time to demonstrate the use of the opener and and helped program the Chamberlain unit.Overall 5/5 stars due to professionalism, price, and quality of work.
