- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Pricing is Fair, And this is based off of Industry pricing.... We aren't the cheapest nor the most expensive....We do offer discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after making contact and setting up a time and Day which is good for them.. arrive at the appointment on time! do a walk around with the customer to find out what they would be interested in getting done so that we can set up the fully written Proposal properly and to get to the homeowner as soon as possible by email...Then Just wait for our phone to ring and hopefully get the ok to move forward on this project...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Family members in the past have been our schooling.. Like our Uncles, older Brothers, cousins etc. More or less handed down to Us!
