- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have always tried to be as reasonable as possible in terms of pricing for our clients. We have asked clients if our quotes fit into their budget, and if not, we do our best to adjust the plan and get the job done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Scheduling a meeting. 2. Inspection of the facility with a discussion of the project, helping the customer with some ideas based on our professional experience, and explaining how the work could be done. Drafting scope of work and estimate. 3. Sending an estimate/waiting for approval. 4. Once approved, an implementation will be scheduled. Revisions and calls aplicable. 5. Receiving client's confirmation on successfully delivered services. 6. Sending invoice and request for a review.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
