Our whole experience of hiring LiPei and Mr. Yu to do our bathroom remodel, adding walls to kid's bedroom, and installing garbage disposal are great. LiPei is very responsive to our requests via text messages and emails. During estimation meetup, Mr. Yu provides insight of what went wrong with the previous contractor's work (they're sloppy with their jobs). They showed up on time during the 3 days of work (8:30am) and work nonstop till 5:30pm (even 8:30pm on the last day just to finish and perfect their work). LiPei communicates with me every single details of how I want things to go and Mr. Yu explains to me why he has to tile in certain way (cause sloppy previous contractor can't even find a straight line and tile in straight lines). This is a good trait as they respect our decisions (unlike the previous just go on and do what they think is ok without asking us). They clean up when they're done (no joint compound left in our kid's bedroom). They pay attention to the small details (especially in our bathroom). At the end of each day, LiPei shows us every receipts from HD of what he buys and used for our projects. Talk about transparency, no extra/unknown fees. Overall, we're very glad to find a reliable and good pros to do our jobs. Definitely will hired them for future projects. Strongly recommend them.

Don’t recommend if the homeowner has some different ideas for remodeling the room. Also please talk about your expectation with the estimator only but not the actual contractor doing the remodeling work

Where do I start. LLP construction did a spectacular job on my condo. They completely redid my entire condo. The pricing was great. The communication was great. The work was great. I definitely recommend them for renovations and will be using them in the future!
