Duane is very professional and I was able to communicate with him easily. My baseboards throughout the house and trim around two doors look beautiful. The perfect finish that I was looking for. I would definitely recommend him.

I have used Quality Made Renovations for a number of different projects around my home. Duane is very professional, realiable, and responsive. He communicates with you, offers suggestions, and helps you bring your vision to reality. My most recent project he worked on was renovating my attic. I was looking to add additional living space to my attic. I shared with him my vision, he took measurements, and provided suggestions along the way. Throughout the process, he communicated with me daily and allowed me to make informed decisions regarding the project. I have a very busy job, so he was flexible with communication to keep me updated on the progress and I didn’t need to be overly involved because I trusted his judgement. The project took a little over three months (only because there were permits involved). Duane keeps up with the latest standards in the industry to ensure his work is up to code and done effectively. He is my go-to for home renovations!

My 93 year old aunt had water damage to her bedroom ceiling. Duane with Quality Made Renovations came to do the repair and drywall. He arrived on time and provided excellent customer service. His quality of work was excellent and very professional. We highly recommend this company and We look forward to doing business with Quality Made Renovation in the near,future. Thanks again!

My son's small bathroom was long overdue for a remodel. Duane & his crew gutted the entire bathroom (hauled it away), replaced all the plumbing, installed electrical outlets, installed plumbing for a shower (which this bathroom never had) then his bathroom was remodeled exactly like my son wanted. We luv it. If you need work done in your home, Quality Made Renovations is the right one to call. They are trustworthy, reliable & know how to get the job done right. I'm looking forward to getting my bathroom remodeled next year.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have developed a pricing scale located on our website so as to give the customer different options in regards to budgets and different levels of renovations to choose from.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quality Made Renovations begins the process with a new customer by first meeting with the customer to find out the needs in regards to their expectations of their renovation. After ascertaining what the customer is looking for, we begin designing the layout and confirming approval from the customer to begin construction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a family of carpenters, I was taught the trade at a very young age and displayed a love for carpentry. After retiring from the Philadelphia Police department in the year 2005 from the 18th district, I began working as a contractor full time.
