Irina, the tech that installed my window air conditioner was absolutely great. She arrived on time and got to work. She was fast, efficient and respectful of my home. She removed her shoes when she entered. I honestly didn’t think she would be able to lift the air conditioner alone because of its weight and size. I was amazed that she lifted it with what looked like little effort. I am definitely pleased with her installation. I contacted Agap&Co on Monday morning. Sergei, the owner, responded by phone shortly after. He said he could schedule me for Tuesday morning but if the tech finished a previous job early he would send them later on Monday. That was perfect, i was able to get my work completed the on the same day. 👍🏽👍🏽 I will certainly hire their services again!
