His team is excellent with communication and always prompt. He is very trustworthy as it took more than one day to complete the work I needed. I paid him cash for the job at the end of the first day. However, he immediately gave me back half the money stating he didn’t finish so he will accept the other half after he completed the job!! They walked me around to inspect the completed jobs. He was hired to replace my mailbox, replace my attic door, repair damage to the walls of my Florida room from the foundation settling in. Finally, he power washed my deck, replaced damaged boards, and gave it a fresh coat of paint. These jobs were not hourly rates. I was quoted on each job and they took their time completing to ensure perfection.
