- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is as follows, we believe in being transparent with our pricing so you know what you're going to pay when we're done so there are no surprises Handiwork-$90 per hour with a $65 one time dispatch fee. Electrical-$90 per hour with a $95 one time dispatch fee. Plumbing-$90 per hour with a $95 one time dispatch fee. Consultations-$90 which will be waived or credited if hired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer virtual quotes for our work. We will ask you for pictures of the space and what you want to complete on your project. Please send as much information as possible so we can get you a best estimate. There is no such thing as too much information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our new technicians train go through an online training program and train at least two weeks with our managing partner and specialist. Before going out on their own, they shadow and are supervised by our specialist.
