- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services will be charged at a one hour minimum, based on the hourly rate that is quoted for your project. The quoted hourly rate does not include any expenses incurred to obtain materials needed for the completion of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Respond to the prospective client ASAP Have an in-depth discussion about what is expected Determine if a consultation is necessary Schedule an appointment for the consultation or to begin the project
