- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are by the job not hourly and we offer senior discounts and military from $25- $200 depending on the job size
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start with an initial consultation to understand their goals, needs, budget, and timeline. We then schedule a site visit to evaluate the existing conditions, take measurements, and discuss the project in detail. After the walkthrough, we put together a detailed estimate outlining the scope of work, materials, labor, and expected timeline. Once the customer approves the proposal, we finalize the contract, schedule the work. We make sure to provide high quality jobs to our customers, since we are only a team of 3 people that means we can ensure you get the best quality as we do all the work. We do not sub contract out any of our jobs, We make sure that the customer is 100% happy with the work, so we can have repeat customers
