FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- Rates depend on the type of work — I aim to give fair, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. - There’s a minimum service call fee, even for small jobs — this covers travel and time. - Larger or more complex projects are priced individually after an on-site assessment. - Discounts are available for seniors, repeat clients, and bigger jobs. - Materials are charged separately if I purchase them for you. - I always provide the cost before starting any work, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here’s how I usually work with new clients: Initial Contact We discuss the job via message, or contact form. I ask key questions to understand the scope. Assessment & Consultation If needed, I visit the location to assess the work. I provide a rough estimate and timeline. Agreement We agree on pricing, schedule, materials (if needed), and payment method. Work Execution I arrive on time and complete the work as promised. I keep the client updated if anything changes. Completion & Review I review the finished job with the client, make adjustments if needed, and ensure everything meets expectations. Feedback Request I kindly ask for a review or feedback — it helps me improve and helps others choose with confidence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
- Technical education - Hands-on training and advanced workshops on modern tools, materials, and safety standards - Years of practical experience — which I value even more than formal education - Ongoing self-education — I stay up-to-date with new techniques, tools, and quality standards in the field
