I really enjoyed working with these guys! They were extremely friendly and handled my items at ease. They packed my items in a time efficient manner as well as placing them into the truck carefully so that they would not get damaged in transport. Highly recommend!

STAY AWAY!!! I contacted HandyHive for assistance with moving my Peloton treadmill up a flight of steps. I specifically asked if they had assistance with moving a Peloton treadmill. They then messaging me out of the app and stated that they had experience with moving Peloton treadmills and that they could do it. We set up a time and well…I know no longer had a treadmill. The minute they moved the treadmill up the stairs, they plugged it in and it didn’t turn on. They said they would call for an electrician to look it, they never contacted me. And now after having a Peloton technician come out twice, the tread base needs to be swapped and will cost me $1175. When I tried to contact them they ignored me and it wasn’t until I text from a different number that they responded back. Learn from me - stay away. They lack experience and take not accountability. I understand that we are human, and mistakes happen. But to not take ownership and attempt to make it right is just bad business.
