Ilya is a good man and his charges are very reasonable. I engaged his services to change door locks. One of the locks I told him to get didn't work, he went to a nearby store to get a new one which turned out to be more expensive but he didn't increase our agreed price. In fact, Ilya will be my personal handyman going forward.

He even made a trip to Home Depot and ran a few other errands to ensure the job was done perfectly. I choose Ilya as a handyman for a lot of projects (such as painting, replacing drywall, plumbing, electrical, assembling furniture, installing a TV on the wall and many more) He always finds a solution for any of our projects.
