Ilya is a good man and his charges are very reasonable. I engaged his services to change door locks. One of the locks I told him to get didn't work, he went to a nearby store to get a new one which turned out to be more expensive but he didn't increase our agreed price. In fact, Ilya will be my personal handyman going forward.
