Mohamed was very professional and responsive. Our toilet needed to be repaired (leakage when flushing) — he diagnosed the issue, fixed it right away, and explained us everything along the way. We also asked him to look into a draining pipe that got disconnected to our water heater, and he also managed to fix it right away. He conveniently had all the tools and replacement parts in his truck. We were very happy with the work and his pedagogy. Everything was fixed within 1.5 hours, on the first visit. Will definitely call him again if we need a repair in the future.
