I have numerous rentals and trying to get anything done is always is a thorn in my side. NOT with Junyo. He responded quickly, went for measurements, picked up materials, installed 12 blinds flawlessly, took away old materials and even did another job (fixed door jam) while he was at my rental unit. It didn't take weeks, it was quick and easy with zero drama or headaches. I swear, if all my vendors could be this way I would buy more properties! Use him...he is fantastic!!
