I had a good experience with Arslang from Li Service. The project involved hanging decorative lights on my balcony. There wad an issue with the “command hooks” I had for hanging the lights but they were not strong enough to hold the lights. I contacted Arslang and he came back first thing in the morning the very next day. He also took the initiative to go to Home Deport and get a better hanging option. Appreciate his responsiveness and professionalism. I am very happy with the outcome of this project.

Li responded quickly, took the grill apart, and explained what repairs were necessary. He worked cleanly, spraying and wiping each component, and even made sure the floor was spotless before he left. I would certainly call him again.
