Lurox was the first to respond with a clear quote and great questions. When I clarified the situation, they modified their thought process and provided the solutions I needed. They arrived and quickly assessed both my HVAC & drain pipe issues, helping to resolve both within an hour. I had an issue with a misshapen filter being stuck and possibly damaging the HVAC, as well as siding issues, as the unit did not take standard sizes. They quickly figured out how to remove the old filter and modify the new filter. The drain pipe previously overflowed with sewage and the area required sanitizing, this took the majority of the time but afterwards the basement smelled clean again and the area looked great. Much appreciated for the great service!

LUROX Build Pro came out and completed an inspection-related electrical panel wall repair at my property. They repaired the damaged wall/drywall area around the electrical panel, picked up the needed materials, and completed the work the same day. They also provided written paperwork for the job, which I appreciated. Good communication and helpful service.

Luis did a fantastic job installing two motion detecting flood lights. He was punctual, professional, and very much a perfectionist. I would not hesitate to contact him again for any home maintenance job that requires a handyman.
