Mr. Jafar Amin was fantastic to work with! Jafar is a great communicator and helped me learn more along the way. He always responded in an efficient manner, helped me understand the project process, and was flexible to accommodate my schedule. During our conversations I could tell how knowledgeable he is and that he cares about his work/product! I am very satisfied with my completed toilet installation. I had a long list of different tasks I wanted to get done. Jafar responded immediately and came by on the day that I asked and completed the work. I was very happy with his work. I called him two weeks later for another job and again he was responsive and worked with my schedule. I had him replace a two bathroom exhaust fans that stopped working. I was anxious because I was replacing the entire unit but Jafar assured me it would be fine and it was. I am happy with my new fans. He is very easy to talk to, very professional and has a very happy disposition. I still have some more items on my list and I will definitely use Jafar to get them checked off.

I work for a moving company based in the DC area. Somehow we misplace/lost some bolts and screws for a bed. Normally if it was local we could solve this problem ourselves. However, since the person moved to NYC that was not a option. It was early Sunday morning when I reached out to Jafar and he responded back within 5 minutes of my message. I explained the problem and he got right to finding us replacement hardware. He assembled the bed and our customer said he was very professional and kind. He is now our (Mic's Moving) handyman in NYC. Thanks for all your help Jafar

We hired Jafar for a toilet repair, he removed the toilet, replaced a washer and some other components under it and reinstalled it. He responded quickly to our thumbtack request, was transparent with pricing and scope of work and also explained everything that needed to be done. Would be happy to hire him again.

Coming out of high school I was I rolled in a plumbing school where my education started. After that taking on many rolls in Constiction to become well rounded.
