- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing assumes the project or assembly is standard. If the price will be different the pricing will be discussed before the appointment. For Hourly rates, all jobs are one-hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a new customer I always try to reach out over the phone so that both the customer and professional know what to expect on the job.
