I start by listening to what the customer needs and asking a few questions to understand the project. Then I offer suggestions if needed, give an estimate, and schedule a time that works best. I always aim to keep communication clear and the process smooth from start to finish.

My training comes from years of hands-on experience, working on real projects in real homes. I’ve learned through doing — from small repairs to full renovations — and I stay up to date by constantly learning new tools, materials, and techniques.
