My storm dorm was needing to replace for over a year. It wasn't closing properly, wouldn't lock and just falling apart. I reached out to about 3 companies and Sergei was responsive, had great reviews, and wasn't pushy. I had let him know I was planning to get the door done the following month and he didn't bug me about it. He gave me a good price for install and removal. He mentioned he could get the door himself as well which was perfect. Once I was back from holiday I reached out. He had me confirm the door I wanted, and from there it was easy as picked a day that worked, he was over in the AM, and I'm so happy with my new storm door! I stress about getting bigger items replaced and fixed, but Sergei made it a smooth process and I will be reaching out for more projects in the future.
