Contractor reused to respond to numerous e-mails, voice-mails, and a certified letter re: his returning to adjust/fix main bathroom faucets to prevent them from groaning and self-shutoff, such that no water would come out of the hot water faucet. He was paid in cash for the entire plumbing project [on the same day the work was done] which consisted of 3 separate plumbing problem areas. He does not communicate with the homeowner via standard formats: cell & certified mail.Customer satisfaction and requested follow-thru are not his priority.
