I couldnt be happier with the work the Pro Floors Philly team did on my upstairs floors. From the start, the team provided a clear and fair estimate and were very helpful when I was deciding on the stain color and finish type. The crew arrived on time and did a great job after the work was complete managing the dust and final cleanup. Most importantly, the floors themselves turned out amazing! All of the deep scratches caused by myself and the previous owners were removed and the new satin finish looks fantastic. The communication was excellent from the initial consultation to the completion of the work. The project was also completed on schedule and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend Pro Floors Philly!

Cannot say enough good things about this company. I had issues when a different company refinished my 100 year old pine floors. The first floor ended up a splotchy mess. I reached out to Pro Floors Philly and Mike was there the same day.He was the exact person I needed in that situation. He was respectful, kind, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the issues from the other companys application, listened to my concerns, and answered every question I had.He was very sympathetic to my situation. And really worked with me to get the best price possible, understanding that I had already paid to get this job done once with a different company once and was unhappy with the results.Through ought the process of the original job and the later repairs I spoke to over a dozen local flooring contractors. Mike was by far the most professional and knowledgeable from the bunch. His final price was significantly cheaper than the other companies I spoke to, having offered me a discount because of my situation. If youre looking for a flooring contractor, go with pro floors Philly!

We highly recommend Pro Floors Philly. They installed vinyl planks in my living room and dining room. We had old outdated carpet which was dirty and drab. The new installation gives modern and fresh! We are so pleased with the results.Mike was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question without hesitation. He provided different scenarios of what to expect in regard to the "what if" factor. He and his crew were very professional, efficient, and courteous. Also we advised him of our budget and he provided us with top quality results while considering our limit. We got a quote from another company but they never followed up. Mike however stayed in contact with us almost daily and showed a genuine willingness to get the job done.So if you are in the market for new flooring, look no further! Thanks again Mike!

Pro Floors Philly did an amazing job refinishing my old, worn hardwood floors. They were easy to work with, quick, and fairly priced. They worked around my schedule to get the floors in my entire house refinished before the holidays. The quote they gave me was accurate and they provided receipts for the materials they used. It was surprisingly affordable, considering I had both my upstairs and downstairs refinished, as well as 35sq ft of floor replaced. I have 2 very big, energetic dogs and after meeting them, they recommended a commercial finish for the floors to help protect them from dog shenanigans. They provided me with the information needed to make a decision, however, were not pushy about the upsell. I very much appreciated the looking out for the best needs of the floor. The communication throughout the process was excellent, I spoke mostly to Mike from the very beginning. They updated me daily about where they were in the process, providing pictures and timelines. They also left the house very clean, which I was pleasantly surprised to walk into! I was able to move back all of my furniture without having to deep clean everything first.I highly recommend Pro Floors Philly and will keep their contact information for future flooring jobs. The entire process was seamless and after this experience, there is no one else I would trust to work on the floors in my home. Thank you for completely transforming my home!

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! Pro Floors Philly repaired and refinished 100 year old floors for us. The team did an amazing job on our floors. The quality of their work is top-tier and the results exceeded our expectations. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially given the level of craftsmanship. What really stood out was the customer service. They were professional, responsive, patient with our questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Its rare to find a company that combines skill, fairness, and genuine care for their customers, but they did exactly that. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful floors and excellent service!
