Here’s a little more detail about each aspect of my program:
1. Nutrition:
With so much nutrition information online no wonder it can be so confusing to try to get healthy! I teach my clients how to block out all the diet culture noise and figure out what works for YOUR unique body. No more restriction, no diet plans or counting calories- instead, you’ll learn how to reset your metabolism, balance your blood sugar to naturally lose weight and cultivate a healthy relationship with food for life!
2. Fitness:
If you’ve been trying to “fit it all in” but you’re stuck feeling even more overwhelmed and exhausted this is the perfect program for you. I help my clients navigate the overwhelm of fitness and diet culture by working with you to create specific actionable steps that will decrease the stress around physical activity! I help you create a realistic routine that you’ll love and look forward to!
3. Mindset:
This is often the most overlooked part of wellness but it is the MOST important aspect in order to create long-term success! If you struggle to maintain consistency, feel overwhelmed or stressed easily, or maybe begin working towards a health goal but end up giving up when “life” gets in the way? If any of this sounds like you, I want you to know that it IS possible to maintain health without feeling like you’re on a dieting cycle. I teach my clients specific tools to implement in order to stay on track and live a long and healthy life!
