After two decades of trying different cleaning companies/individuals, I have to say Anne really is the best. She left my house spotless-- and with my insane life right now with kids chaos etc and a hubby who works too often to clean, it was awful at home. She treated it like no problem and with such polite gracious reassurance. She didn't stop until every everything was perfect and that meant going over the time paid for. I was take touched and grateful. She's actually effective at cleaning -- and it's surprising how many professional house cleaners clean less effectively than I do. I've got a baby and a cat that was almost dying but she was so calm desire my hysterics. Lovely person with top notch abilities !!
