- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with a new client, we start by understanding their needs and expectations. We make an evaluation of the site to plan the best approach to cleaning. We also asked if there is any preference on where to start. Our team usually starts from the top, like the rooms, and goes down, cleaning and organizing each room carefully. Our goal is always to deliver a quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.”

I have practical experience and continuous training in the cleaning area, always seeking to improve techniques to ensure an efficient and high quality service. Over time, I developed skills in organization, use of the right products for each type of surface and deep cleaning, always ensuring customer satisfaction.”
