Absolutely the best cleaning service in the business! I’ve lived in DC, Miami, Houston, Nashville, and now Phoenixville and Faye and her crew did an absolutely fantastic job on my three story townhome. I just moved, so they did a deep clean post-unpacking. They also steam cleaned all carpets and furniture, which was fantastic along with the vents, blinds, and windows. When they finished, the place was spotless. Will definitely have them come monthly to maintain. Cannot recommend highly enough!

If I could select all of the positive attributes I would. I’m in shock. I can’t believe this is my house. I consulted with Fay’s for cleaning because my whole house had ice melting salt tracked inside. I never thought anyone could get the salt off my carpets and floor. I came in to a completely different home - I had no idea the house could get this clean! I am so grateful for Fay’s and would recommend this service to anyone looking for a deep clean of their home!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price is fixed and the customer can calculate it in app. However discounts are applied for regular clients and explained further in the first cleaning. It includes all cleaning supplies and equipments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I priorize to understand what they need. I explain the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning with a checklist in a free estimate or they can calculate the price and ask questions in the app. It’s their choice.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cleaning has being a hobby for me since I was a teenager as I always enjoyed to stay in a clean and organized place. Then I started working for a company two years ago and recently I started working for myself.
