I wanted to write and express my deep appreciation for Kimberly and Camila at Franca Cleaning Service. The service was outstanding, exceptional, reliable, dependable, and extremely professional. This was my third and final attempt to find a good house cleaning service during this busy holiday season. The call resulted in Kimberly and her one staff members making a house visit to assess my needs and to sell a plan of action. She was very knowledgeable, very direct and had great communication skills to explain what, how and why certain services were needed. I immediately agreed to her services. Kimberly and Camila arrived at my and immediately surveyed the work and began to do the standard cleaning. They worked as a team and had a very positive attitude. Kimberly and Camila exhibited a great can do spirit and work ethic as they helped clean the inside and outside windows. The team tackled the sliding glass doors, runners, sweeping the floors, mirrors, mopping, cleaning the kitchen and the bathrooms. They worked diligently and continually never asked too many questions to clarify things she just handled the mess. They then followed up to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and asked me to confirm and check how they serviced certain areas of the home. It was refreshing that Kimberly and Camila were the people who sold the service and the same people to assure the quality was done right. Because of all these factors, I am extending my contract to additional regular once a month cleaning and will in the future recommended Franca Cleaning Services. This team is a real asset to Franca Cleaning Service.

Kimberly and her team are extremely thorough, punctual, responsive, and care much about their clients. They always handle everything with deep care and detail, leaving no stone unturned, and are efficient when needed as well as effective especially with our historic house in Bethlehem. They communicate very well on workload and expectations, prices are reasonable for the market today (and don’t upcharge for some extra items), and they meet every need for cleaning and laundry services. It is important to have transparency, honesty, and integrity, and this team defies all odds and achieves these values with a bang. Both Pleasant and Easy to work with, my wife and I will be looking forward to continuing to work with for many years to come.
