Karolines Cleaning Service was great. I have a very busy schedule and I was able to coordinate and provide instructions for them which they understood and accommodated. They were communicative and responsive which made the whole booking process super easy. They also went above and beyond, leaving my place spotless. I will definitely continue to use their services as I’ve been struggling to find high quality, reliable cleaning services at a reasonable price since moving to the area. These ladies are IT!! I wish I knew about them the whole time I was in my apartment. I booked them to help me clean for a move out. Booking was easy. I sent a video to give them an idea of the space and they provided a flat rate. They arrived with their own cleaning supplies and they worked quickly. I anticipated cleaning for like 4 hours but they got it done in a little under 3. The place was actually cleaner than when I moved in. They paid great attention to detail, catching areas I honestly didn’t think to clean. They made sure to address the balcony door frame, the window frames, the blinds, the tops of the fridge and cabinets. They used a duster to get all the ridges in the molding. I was really happy with the attention to detail. They got all the appliances and even found some things I didn’t know were left behind in one of the closets. They vacuumed, mopped, and dusted. They respected the property, threw things out where I instructed, and checked with me if they had any questions. I am really happy I hired them. I would confidently recommend them to my family and friends.
