- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The amount of square footage, rooms, bathrooms, and extras determine the price. A few examples of add-ons are window, refrigerator, and oven cleaning. A $20 discount off the first cleaning is offered to new customers. Monthly, bi-weekly, and weekly customers receive a free cleaning every fifth. Regular customers receive a unique gift in the mail every six months. If someone refers someone and they book with us, they will receive $50 off their subsequent cleaning. On holidays, we offer all of our regular customers a 30% discount. We are fond of our animal companions, so if you have any, we will bring them a treat.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first conduct a free consultation to determine the precise needs. We begin by estimating the cost once we have determined which services are required. If all is satisfactory to the client, we proceed with scheduling and invoice distribution.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started our cleaning company by organizing and cleaning the homes of our relatives and neighbors. I was happy and joyful to witness their smiles and enthusiasm at seeing how clean their home was. This inspired me to take chances and pursue my passions as a career.
