Horrible vendor for long term services. Started using this vendor when I was pregnant and couldn't manage to clean my entire house on my own. The first clean was done great. I was so impressed I decided to keep the vendor long term utilizing there services monthly. As times go the professionalism became very poor. The vendor became tardy and the level of cleaning decreased (please see photos). Even though I was becoming unhappy with the service, I still remain professional and just recleaned any areas she didn't. Just avoid confrontation. The last straw was when she blocked my number the day of my appointment and didn't show up. I would've appreciate it if she gave me a call to reschedule or cancel. Very unprofessional.
