Mike was very good about getting back with me and keeping me informed. I was disappointed with the quality of work. The wood floors were mopped but not swept prior so there were still a lot of crumbs and dirt moved around. The furniture was not moved or cleaned around. I had to sweep up floor afterwards - also the area rugs were not moved and the floors underneath were not cleaned.
