Had to reschedule numerous times because she had car trouble, but she NEVER contacted me to let me know this; she only responded when I called and messaged her repeatedly after realizing she didn't show up time after time.
I can't rate the cleaning service, but the customer service is abysmal.

Did not show up at scheduled time and then when I called her she hung up on me after I asked if she was still on the way.
*she texted me back asking if she could reschedule for the next morning but I had a party to host that day which is why I needed the cleaning service in the first place.
