James is a thoughtful, conscientious, trust-worthy individual who is always on time and has truly mastered his trade. He is- hands down- the hardest worker I have ever met. He stays until the job is done every time, even if it exceeds the 3 hour window of time I can pay him for!! It's clear to me that quality very much matters to him. James is absolutely incredible to work with. I've used his cleaning services four times now, and he has gone above & beyond every time. So much so, in fact, I asked him if I could write a review after his last visit because I've been SO impressed with him and his work. I've noticed guests have started to comment about how great the place looks in the days following his services. I have pretty bad allergies- especially to dust- and after he cleans, I can breath so much better! I will definitely continue using James, and always feel confident referring family and friends.
