Nico had Felipe do the clean, and he was prompt, very professional, and did a fantastic job. I had my renter let him in, and my renter was more than pleased when he did the final inspection, and even said they’ll be hiring Nico’s company in the future to regularly maintain the place.
Nico’s team is the best!

Nico quoted $160. We did not think that it was a fair price to them and paid them $250.
We will absolutely hire them again!
Great job guys! Thank you for a job well done.
