I hired Nico to do a move-out cleaning of my 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house. Hiring him was simple and easy, and he responded right away. He even had availability the next day, which was perfect, because I had renters coming in behind me and wanted their things moved into a clean place. When he gave me a quote, he stuck by his word, and he was very reasonable. Nico had Felipe do the clean, and he was prompt, very professional, and did a fantastic job. I had my renter let him in, and my renter was more than pleased when he did the final inspection, and even said they’ll be hiring Nico’s company in the future to regularly maintain the place. Nico’s team is the best!

We had a wonderful experience today! Nico’s Cleaning sent Felipe to help us with our home. He was communicative, kind and hardworking! We are putting our condo on the market and things ended up moving faster than we thought. We needed a serious deep clean and at the last minute. We were so pleased with the quick response, as well as the effort and outcome. Thank you Felipe and thank you Nico’s Cleaning!

We hired Nico's Cleaning for a move out apartment cleaning job. Nico's team arrived on time; were very pleasant and professional; got to work without complaints or hesitation and worked through until the job was done. They spent about 3 hours cleaning. Nico quoted $160. We did not think that it was a fair price to them and paid them $250. We will absolutely hire them again! Great job guys! Thank you for a job well done.

Nico's crew member was extremely professional, efficient, and hard working. He did a deep clean of our entire 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house (four floors) in just over four hours. Our house was spotless and probably cleaner than it's ever been. He had a wonderful attention to detail and was very delicate with our belongings. Will definitely be hiring him again!
